I'd like to consider this my online journal of all things food. My passion and joy in life is cooking and feeding the people I love. I don't think there is any genre of food that I don't enjoy cooking, but my absolute joy is cooking things from scratch that we often take for granted due to their ready availability (bread, pasta, pizza).
